HomeEquityMatch works by connecting your home equity request with approved partners — lead networks and licensed loan officers or lending partners. That means when you submit our form, we sell and/or share your information with those partners so they can contact you. This page lets you tell us to stop, or to exercise your other privacy rights.
What happens when you opt out: we stop selling or sharing your personal information with partners from that point on. If your request has already been sent to a partner, we will also instruct that partner to honor your opt-out, but you may need to opt out with them directly for communications already underway (for texts, reply STOP; for calls, ask to be placed on their do-not-call list).
You can also use this form to ask us to delete your data entirely, or to send you a copy of what we hold about you.
We respond to all requests within 45 days, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC)signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser automatically — you don't need to fill in this form for that, but the form is the reliable way to opt out across all our records.
