These terms govern your use of homeequitymatch.com, operated by OPTIMAX AI LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16143914), 38 Sunnymede Avenue, Epsom, KT19 9TJ, United Kingdom ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them.

1. What This Service Is — and Isn't

HomeEquityMatch is a matching and referral service. When you complete our quiz, we share your request with approved partners — lead networks and licensed loan officers or lending partners — who may contact you about home equity options.

We are not a lender, bank, or mortgage broker. We do not make loans, extend credit, quote or guarantee rates, take applications, or make credit decisions. We do not pull your credit — the credit information you provide is self-reported. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Any product discussion, application, credit check, or loan is strictly between you and the partner who contacts you, subject to their terms and their licensing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and submitting information about yourself. By submitting the form you confirm all three, and you confirm the information you provide is accurate and yours to give.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a partner, that any partner will contact you, that you will qualify for any product, or that any particular rate, amount, or terms will be available. Partner availability varies by state, your answers, and demand. Any figures shown on the site are illustrative, not offers.

4. Consent to Be Contacted

Submitting the form requires you to give express written consent to be contacted by us and by licensed loan officers / lending partners, as set out in the consent language next to the checkbox and in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can opt out at any time.

5. Your Information

How we collect, use, sell, and share your information — and how to opt out — is described in our Privacy Policy and on our Do Not Sell or Share page. Those documents are part of the deal you're agreeing to here, so please read them.

6. Acceptable Use

Don't submit information about anyone other than yourself, submit false information, interfere with the site's operation, or scrape or harvest data from it.

7. Intellectual Property

The site's content, design, name, and branding belong to OPTIMAX AI LTD or its licensors. You may use the site for your personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy, reproduce, or exploit it otherwise without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPTIMAX AI LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for the acts, omissions, products, or services of any partner we refer you to; our total liability arising from your use of the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, or affects rights you hold under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state of residence.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales — except that if you are a US consumer, you retain all non-waivable protections of the consumer laws of your state of residence, and nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim under those laws in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
